LUMO-ELAB PTE. LTD. builds applied artificial intelligence for operations engineers, payroll administrators and teachers. Two products are in service today and the rest are described here in the detail you would need to judge them, stage included.
Everything a parent, a procurement officer or a partner tends to check before writing to us.
Most software that claims to predict something reports a number and stops. The number rarely says why, and the person reading it still has to work out whether the machine is dirty, the sensor has drifted, or nothing is wrong at all. Those are different problems with different fixes.
Lumo-eLab started with the same question asked of a child's mathematics paper. A score does not say whether a mark was lost to a misread question, a half-remembered method, an arithmetic slip, or working the marker could not follow. Tagging the cause rather than counting the errors turned out to be the whole product.
The habit generalised. A chilled-water plant losing efficiency, a payroll figure nobody can trace to a rule, a batch of training images nobody has checked: all of them are the same demand for the working to be shown. That is the thread running through everything on this site.
The whole picture in one table, rather than spread across six tabs. Where a sector is still being built, the sentence says how far along it is.
Pumps, compressors and cooling trains drift the same way whoever owns them. Our analytics read that drift early, explain every finding, and tell you which machine to attend to first.
Our furthest-developed industrial work models pharmaceutical plant utilities. Alongside it, a synthetic imaging capability is under review in a national health challenge.
Marine suppliers carry the cost of goods already delivered while they wait to be paid, and anchorage coordination still runs on phone calls. The platform in design takes on both, not another catalogue.
Our operations platform watches a chilled-water plant the way a good engineer does: it measures efficiency against a baseline, catches drift weeks early, and says which machine to attend to first.
Paper-first coaching that shows why a child lost the mark, across three syllabuses, and a workforce system for the schools that run them. This is where we have real users today.
Capital projects generate data every day and still run on last month’s report. Our tools read what the project already produces, show where it is heading, and surface the action while it can still change the outcome.
Where a sector carries a sentence rather than a label, the method exists and a delivered engagement in that sector does not yet. We would rather set that out here than have you find it out after a meeting.
A tag, a baseline or a rule sits behind every output. Never a score without the reason for it.
Tutor, approver, engineer or operator. The software advises and never acts alone.
What is in service says so. What is still being built is described in full rather than dressed up.
Read-only plant connections, aggregate-only department views, nothing sold or shared.
Product enquiries, pilots and partnerships all reach the same inbox, and the reply comes from someone who builds the software.
